Location:

This apartment to rent in Paris is in the 17th district two steps away from the district of the Batignolles. It is a very pleasant, popular district, not very far from Montmartre and the Monceau park. You will reach the Galeries Lafayette in 20 minutes by walk. The closest subways to the Paris rental apartment are La Fourche, Place de Clichy and Brochant.

Standing:

Located on the 6th floor of a building without lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The windows of the bedroom and the living-room give on the street but the double glazed windows will isolate you from the outside. The street is not very busy though. The windows of the bathroom and the kitchen have a clear view on Parisian rooftops. The apartment is very bright.

Layout:

This lovely 45 sqm apartment has two separate rooms.

You will be amazed by its brightness. It is also very quiet which will be a real pleasure too.

The entrance hall gives on the main room. The living-room features a sofabed (with a queen size mattress 160x200), a coffee table and a piece of furniture with a flat television. It also has a dining table for four people.

A beautiful double glass door separates the main room from the bedroom. Note that two block out blinds have been installed on each part of the double door to visually isolate the two rooms. The bedroom features a double bed (140x200) and a desk.

A lovely and comfortable armchair will bring a nice and colored touch in this immaculate bedroom.

The entrance hall also leads to the much spacious bathroom. It features a walk-in shower and a washbasin. This is also where you will find the washing-machine.

The bathroom actually has a dressing area with a large wardrobe with hangers and shelves. You will be able to store your luggage in this room. It is also very bright, luminous, therefore very enjoyable.

The fitted kitchen is located right in front of the main room. It is rather small but still functional.The toilets are in a separate room between the kitchen and the entrance door.

This apartment is simply and harmoniously furnished and decorated. Color touches here and there punctuate the space, its wooden floor, its moldings on the ceiling and on the walls, its decorative chimney will delight the Paris lovers. This pied-à-terre and its location will enable you to fully immerse you in the Parisian life !
