This Paris rental apartment has an exceptional location : on the boarder of the 6th and the 7th district, it has one foot in Saint Germain and the other one in Montparnasse. This is a very pleasant, upscale area that very residential and safe. Very close to Rodin museum, the Ecole Militaire, the Invalides and also the Eiffel Tower and downtown is not too far either. On the very same street, bakeries, butchers, shops as well as the well known Bon Marché are just waiting for your visit to offer you a glimpse of the French way of life. The closest subway stop is Vaneau but Sevres Babylone and Duroc, where you can catch different lines, are five minutes away by foot.

Located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift. The access is secured by two door codes. You will first have to cross a lovely paved courtyard and then you will reach the building.The windows of the apartment give on another paved courtyard planted with a tree. The apartment itself is very quiet.

Layout:

This charming 35sqm apartment has two rooms. It can sleep up to three people. It is cozy, very bright and very quiet. The entrance gives on a corridor that leads to all the rooms. The living-room features a sofabed (with a large single bed, 130x200), an armchair and a dining table for four people.The bedroom is on the other side of the corridor. It is very charming with a decorative chimney. It features a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe.The fitted kitchen is next to the bedroom, right in front of the entrance door. The bathroom is next to the kitchen. It is very…pink and has something of the 70's. It is small but functional with a walk-in shower and toilets.This apartment has the typical features of Parisian apartment : wooden floor, moldings, chimney… this place can sleep up to three people but it will be perfect for a couple looking for a quiet nest to rest after a long day walk. It is bright, colored, simply decorated but comfortable. It will enable you to stay in a wonderful area of Paris at a very fair price.
