In the heart of the Marais, two steps away from the village this Paris flat enjoys an exceptional site. The population of the Marais is kind, smart and relaxed. They are called "Middle-class bohèmes" or "Bobo" for short, as they know how to live and behave well. Very multicultural, the Parisians of the Marais appreciate the foreigners and visitors and many of them speak English. This district is one of most residential and prestigious. To walk the streets during the day and the night is very pleasant and safe. It is completely possible to walk to the museum of the Louvre and the BHV (Bazarr of the Town hall). There are also many other tourist attractions near this apartment in Paris, such as Notre Dame and Ile Saint Louis. Close to Saint Paul and Pont Marie metro stations.

Due to the mezzanine, this apartment might not be suitable for a child.
