The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old Haussmanian building, directly accessible by an elevator. The access is secured and the common area well maintained. The flat is double oriented.

Layout of the apartment:

Peaceful and welcoming, that is the setting of this lovely two-room apartment with an exceptional view over the most famous monument in Paris. The entrance leads on one part to the living room overlooking the street; tastefully decorated, it is furnished with a 140 cm sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. Accessible from the entrance, the kitchen is very nice and equipped with a fridge, a combined oven/microwave and a washing machine. On another part, the entrance leads to the bedroom.
