It is a contemporary building located in a backyard and featuring a secure access. The building is situated on the fourth floor, directly accessible by the elevator, and offers a lovely view over the rooftops of the Marais.

Layout of the apartment

This quiet and functional studio offers many advantages. Firstly, its location is ideal: right in the heart of the Marais.
