Parisian Home is specialized in furnished apartment rentals in Paris from short term rental (from one week) to long term rental.
Holiday rentals were our main activity for a long time. Now we continue to satisfy tourists in their apartment in Paris and we develop our business relationships with companies and do our best to find the best corporate rental with junior, executive or deluxe solutions. We propose them services to make pleasant their stay in Paris.
All our furnished apartments are selected with great care in order to meet our customers' expectations and allowing them to experience their short term rental in Paris.
We consider that families and corporate can save up to 50% of their budget with a furnished apartment rental.

The current agreement is a lease governed by articles 1714 to 1762 of French Law Code Civil, relevant for this type of lease (real property for residential use) and, if necessary by articles L 632-1 and following of the French Law Code de la construction et de l'habitation for Landlord who rents habitually more than four furnished accommodations.

Terms stated in the paragraphs herein complete this legal basis.

Corresponding to one of the exceptions stated in the article 2 of the French law n° 89-462 (6 juillet 1989), the legal basis is neither governed by the terms of this law nor by the French law n° 48-1360 (1er septembre 1948).
